Terms of Service

Spark Board ("the service") is a web tool that arranges uploaded photographs into print-ready mood boards. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

You may use Spark Board anonymously to compose and export a single board. Signing in via magic-link email saves your boards to your account. You're responsible for the security of the email inbox that receives your magic links.

You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the boards you compose. You grant Spark Board a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.

The free tier permits one new board per rolling 30-day window. The paid tier ("Spark Board Unlimited") removes that limit for £1.99/month or £15.99/year. Cancel any time from your billing portal — existing boards remain accessible after cancellation.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Don't upload content that is unlawful, infringes copyright you don't hold, or contains material we're required to report. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Board's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
